Delivery Terms

Standard Delivery – FREE

All orders received by 1:00pm (GMT/BST) on a working day will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time, or on weekends or UK Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Express Delivery – £2.99

Where Express Delivery is selected, orders received by 1:00pm (GMT/BST) on a working day will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or UK Bank Holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Express delivery refers to expedited dispatch. Delivery times remain subject to courier services and are not guaranteed.


Delivery Restrictions

We are unable to deliver certain items (including ZMV3, ZMV4, packages containing ZMV3 or ZMV4, RR300 and RR400) to the following locations due to courier restrictions and increased shipping costs:

  • Highlands & Islands of Scotland (Zone)
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Isles of Scilly

Orders placed for restricted items to these locations may be cancelled and refunded.


Delivery Timeframes

We make every reasonable effort to ensure goods are delivered within estimated timeframes. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather disruption, or operational issues.

Wolf Online shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales where such delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • House number or house name
  • Street name
  • Town/City
  • Postcode
  • Any additional information required for delivery

Wolf Online shall not be liable for any delay, non-delivery, or failure to deliver where an incomplete or incorrect address has been provided.


Returned or Undeliverable Orders

Where an order is returned to us by the courier due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, the following will apply:

  • The order will be processed once received back at our warehouse
  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method for the goods only
  • Any delivery charges (where applicable) are non-refundable
  • A £3.95 handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping, processing, and administrative costs

The remaining balance will then be refunded to the customer.

If the customer still wishes to receive the items, a new order must be placed with the correct and complete address details.
