RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:
If I change my mind... Returning WOLF - Garten items bought from our web site.
We want you to be delighted with your products but if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within fourteen days. Please post the items back in a resalable condition.
Once your return is received it will be inspected and if the refund is approved then your refund will be processed.
A credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment, such as credit card or Paypal account.
If there's a fault with the product or it is damaged.
Please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. They will ask for a photo of the faulty part/parts to be emailed to us. Upon receipt of this, we will arrange to refund your payment, arrange a replacement or send the required replacements parts to you.
We reserve the right to reject the request for refund if goods are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. We will notify you within 5 days of receipt if your refund is rejected and we may request that you pay for the shipping to return the goods back to you. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received them. We will endeavour to replace your item requested but in the event that it is out of stock we will issue a refund instead. If any part of your order is unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of the issue, and your card will be debited or credited depending on the order and unavailable items. Products bought on Sale will only be exchanged if they are found to be faulty or damaged when you received them.
