What the Guarantee Covers

Each WOLF-Garten product is guaranteed against defective material or assembly of material under normal usage conditions. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers faulty parts plus the labour involved in replacing and repairing those parts which are of original manufacture.

Please note that professional or commercial use carries a three month warranty only. If you're purchasing WOLF-Garten tools for professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, or other commercial applications, the guarantee period is limited to three months from the date of purchase. The guarantee still covers defective material or assembly under normal usage and includes faulty parts and labour for repairs.

What Is Not Covered

The WOLF-Garten guarantee does not cover:

General wear and tear - Normal wear on the product including blunt blades, which can be sharpened as part of routine maintenance.

Damage from use or neglect - Any depreciation or damage caused by ordinary wear, rusting or corrosion, lack of correct maintenance or operation, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.

Unauthorized modifications - Failure or damage caused as a result of parts or accessories being modified without written approval from the manufacturer.

Non-transferable - The guarantee is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
