Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within two to three working days.
Express delivery - £2.99
If you would like your items quicker then we can post them first class for £2.99. All orders received by 1.00pm (GMT/BST) on a working day, will be dispatched the same day. Royal Mail aim to delivery first class parcels the next working day. Unfortunately this is not available for telescopic poles.

Unfortunately due to the cost of sending large items to these locations a surcharge will apply if the large telescopic pole (ZMV4) is ordered. We will contact you to advise you of the additional cost.

- The guarantee is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser.
