Standard Delivery - FREE
All orders received by 1.00pm (GMT/BST) on a working day, will be dispatched the same day. Orders received at the weekend or on British Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to deliver parcels within two to three working days.
Express delivery - £2.99
If you would like your items quicker then we can post them first class for £2.99. All orders received by 1.00pm (GMT/BST) on a working day, will be dispatched the same day. Orders received at the weekend or on British Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail. Royal Mail aim to delivery first class parcels the next working day. Unfortunately this is not available for telescopic poles.

Unfortunately due to the cost of sending large items to these locations a surcharge will apply if the large telescopic pole (ZMV4) is ordered. We will contact you to advise you of the additional cost.

The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers faulty parts and the labour involved in replacing and repairing those parts, which are of original manufacture. To claim the guarantee you must have proof of purchase.

- Failure or damage caused as a result of parts or accessories being modified without the written approval of E.P. Barrus Ltd.
- The guarantee is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser.
